b. Google Calendar API Access

- Purpose: This scope allows salespeople to sync their Google Calendar availability with our system. This availability is then displayed to other users to facilitate appointment booking. When a user books an appointment, an event is automatically created in the salesperson’s Google Calendar, and a confirmation email, including a Google Meet link, is sent to the user.
- How It Works: This integration is used solely for scheduling and automating appointment confirmations. No calendar events or user data are stored on our servers, nor do we access any other calendar information beyond what is necessary for booking purposes.
c. User Profile and Email Information Access
- Scopes Used: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
- Purpose: These scopes are used for account creation and login on our website. The user’s email and basic profile information are used to simplify the login process and personalize the user experience.
- How It Works: We use this data solely to identify users and enable secure login. No profile or email data is stored beyond what is necessary to create and manage the user’s account.
